Do you love working with children and families? Are you organized, friendly, and ready to make a difference every day? Cornerstone Pediatrics is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, dependable Administrative Medical Assistant to join our close-knit, family-friendly team.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the welcoming face of our pediatric practice—helping families feel at ease, keeping things running smoothly at the front desk, and supporting our nurses with basic clinical tasks as you grow more comfortable. If you love kids and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this is the place for you!

Your Day Might Include:

• Greeting little ones and their families, answering phones, and scheduling visits
• Verifying insurance, collecting payments, and setting up payment plans
• Entering patient information into electronic records accurately and efficiently
• Talking to insurance companies for prior authorizations and claims follow-up
• Helping nurses with vitals, vision and hearing checks, basic labs, immunizations, and more as you learn
• Making sure our space is clean, stocked, and ready to care for every child who walks in

We’d Love to Meet Someone Who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a medical office and 6 months in front desk/billing duties
• Is great with families, organized, and a real team player
• Feels comfortable using EHR systems (AthenaHealth is a bonus!)
• Has pediatric experience (preferred) or a genuine love for children
• Brings positive energy, reliability, and a caring heart to work every day
• Has the motivation to grow—with the potential to possibly step into a larger role helping manage our practice in the future
