Listen to customer needs, present vehicle options, and guide them through the selection process.Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining follow-up communication to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, pricing, and available incentives, and ensure customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.Proactively reach out to potential buyers through phone calls, internet inquiries, and lead generation efforts to drive sales opportunities.Requirements - Sales Consultant: Prior automotive sales experience is a PLUS but not required--we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required. A strong drive to succeed, excellent customer service abilities, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
