TEKsystems is partnering with an award winning technology integrator in the Abilene, TX area looking to hire a team of Cable Technicians on a W2 Contract to Hire with full information below.

JOB DUTIES

• Works as a member of the project team primarily responsible for enhancing overall jobsite productivity, safety and quality.
• Assists with multiple aspects of the structured cable installation process including pathway construction, rough-in, routing, Telecommunication Room build-out, cable terminations, labeling, and bonding in accordance to existing standards.
• Need to be able to terminate Jacks and RJ45s
• Able to distinguish color codes.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Abilene, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
