Job Description
Position Summary:
The Car Wash Sales & Service Manager is responsible for leading site operations while driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient car wash. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with proactive sales initiatives, including managing car wash memberships, upselling services, and training staff to deliver top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Growth
Lead sales initiatives to increase wash club memberships and revenue.
Train and coach team members on upselling services and membership benefits.
Develop and track sales goals, providing weekly performance reports.
Implement local marketing strategies and community outreach to grow customer base.
Operations & Service Leadership
Oversee daily site operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient wash experience.
Ensure equipment is functioning properly and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive upkeep.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Manage inventory of supplies and sales materials.
Team Development & Management
Train and mentor team members in customer service and sales techniques.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive, customer-focused work culture.
Customer Experience
Lead by example in delivering excellent service at all customer touchpoints.
Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely manner.
Monitor service quality to ensure consistent, high-level customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2+ years of management or supervisory experience (car wash, retail, quick service, or sales leadership preferred).
Strong sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage site operations, including equipment, inventory, and staffing.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Metrics:
Wash club membership growth and retention.
Revenue per customer and total site sales.
Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution rates.
Team performance, turnover, and development progress.
Site cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Compensation on wash club memberships and revenue goals met
