About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the organization's long-term and short-term business plans. The CFO will be a key leader, contributing to the company's strategy and ensuring financial performance management with a strong focus on planning and budgeting. This executive will be responsible for driving the creation and maintenance of robust operating and financial models, managing annual budgets, and overseeing the planning process. The role also involves maintaining a strong partnership with the CEO and the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations, and ensuring the integrity of financial operations. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in finance, particularly in supply chain-intensive businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a finance executive, with expertise in financial processes, budgeting, and reporting. Experience in fast-moving food and beverage distribution is preferred. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of accounting and financial principles, as well as experience in leading business and finance transformation initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential, as is the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and manage the financial aspects of the business with a focus on growth and expansion.
