Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of clinical social workers in their daily practices and client interactions.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the social work team.
• Ensure that all client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation meet regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and clients.
