Ref #: 25778 Location: United States, Georgia, Atlanta Application Deadline: 20-Aug-2024 Overview & Key Responsibilities As part of the Customer Experience business unit, Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) directly impact Delta’s customers, from welcoming them at the ticketing counter to providing a clean and enjoyable airport experience, and ensuring on-time baggage delivery. ACS and Cargo support over 22,000 airport operations professionals across 300 destinations, 52 countries, and six continents. Students in the Co-Op Program with Airport Customer Service (ACS) will work in one of these three teams: Airport Customer Service (ACS) Cargo (CGO) Global Clean Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA. Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation Management, or similar in a 4-year degree program. Availability for three (3) alternating semesters. Professional presentation and effective communication skills with various leadership levels. Team-oriented with a supportive attitude towards continuous improvement methodologies. Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn new skills. Ability to embrace diversity in people, thinking, and styles. High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights effectively. Comfortable working independently and in groups. Leadership experience in student or community organizations. Effective presentation skills for communicating analysis and recommendations to leadership. Interest in airline industry and Delta as a company.
