Ref #: 25777 Location: United States, Georgia, Atlanta Application Deadline: 20-Aug-2024 Overview & Key Responsibilities As part of the Customer Experience business unit, Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) directly impact Delta’s customers, from welcoming them at the ticketing counter to providing a clean and enjoyable airport experience, and ensuring on-time baggage arrival. ACS and Cargo support over 22,000 airport operations professionals across 300 destinations, 52 countries, and six continents. Students will work on multiple projects with airport operations professionals, including: Measuring and analyzing current performance Implementing project management practices Collaborating across business units with various stakeholders Providing process engineering and internal consulting services Participating in data collection for cross-functional projects Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and performance Recommending and evaluating operational improvements for customer service Students will work in one of these teams: Airport Customer Service (ACS), Cargo (CGO), or Global Clean. The program requires three alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA.
