Community Engagement Coordinator

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Mentor and its surrounding neighbors.
• Strong writing and speaking skills.
• Excellent organization and planning skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Resourceful and self-motivated with a passion for delivering results.
• Positive attitude, optimism in adversity, and passion for people
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.

Responsibilities 

• Schedule and implement community-based programs, partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with catering, recruiting, and marketing teams regarding local community events.
• Identify, initiate, and deepen relationships with various community leaders and organizations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders.
• Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items.
• Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
• Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
