This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Downtown Seattle Office two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate. Who we're looking for: We're looking for an entry-level copywriter to join our creative studio team. You'll primarily be responsible for writing compelling copy across email, social media, and web to drive engagement and conversion. You'll succeed in this role if you're naturally curious, ask great questions, and thrive in collaborative partnerships while adapting your voice across different channels and audiences. Your Responsibilities: Write compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing assets Develop platform-native content for social media and quick-turn campaigns Collaborate with designers to ensure fully integrated experiences for customers Craft concise, conversion-focused messaging that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives Ask detailed questions to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and customer journey Participate in creative briefings and contribute strategic insights Optimize copy based on performance data and feedback Thoughtfully use AI as a creative partner for generating ideas, refining messaging, and optimizing copy performance Receive and incorporate feedback to strengthen writing and campaign effectiveness Contribute to team knowledge sharing and creative collaboration best practices Your Qualifications: 1-3 years copywriting experience (preferably in digital marketing) or recent graduate with strong portfolio Portfolio demonstrating customer-centric writing across multiple channels Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices Collaborative approach with enthusiasm for integrated creative work Demonstrated experience working within brand standards Naturally inquisitive with strong questioning skills to uncover project requirements and audience insights Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for working closely with design partners Genuine passion for continuous learning and skill development in both writing craft and creative collaboration Detail-oriented approach to copy optimization and performance improvement Understanding of how copy and design work together to create effective marketing communications Bonus Skills: Experience with A/B testing and copy optimization Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics Experience or interest in working with UX content designers Experience leveraging user research to inform your writing This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative creative partnership, where curiosity, learning, and integrated creative thinking are highly valued Compensation: In the greater Seattle area the first year salary range is $81,000 -$93,000 . Additionally, Rover offers a long-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payout and benefits to full-time employees. The cash compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
