Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) Dash Courier & Logistics is looking for independent contractors to use their late‑model car, SUV, minivan, small cargo van, regular cargo van, or sprinter van for same‑day rush deliveries to medical facilities and other businesses throughout the area. Work Description Most work is on‑demand: orders are called in and delivered the same day. Occasionally scheduled and routed jobs are available when customers require them. The company operates 24/7/365; drivers are needed for all shifts with open availability (8+ hours/day). Responsibilities Deliver time‑sensitive packages to hospitals, pharmacies, and other clients. Follow client‑specific instructions and comply with all delivery requirements. Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on delivery status. Operate vehicle safely and professionally, ensuring proper presentation. Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record. Qualifications Valid driver’s license (required). Social Security card or proof of citizenship (required). Current vehicle registration for the vehicle you will be driving (required). Current vehicle insurance declaration page showing minimum auto policy liability limits of $100K/$300K/$50K per accident (required). Newer smartphone with GPS capability (required). Good MVR and successful background check conducted by a third party (required). Experience in same‑day, local, and long‑distance delivery (preferred). Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Job Type & Hours Independent contractor (contract). All hours (24/7/365). Expected 10–40 hours per week. Choose your own hours; available shift options: day, evening, overnight, weekdays, weekends. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $42,663.00 – $51,141.00 per year. Benefits: flexible schedule, masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves provided.
