Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Enter and update inbound and outbound shipment data in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Maintain accurate inventory records by logging product movements, adjustments, and discrepancies.
• Generate reports and shipping documents as needed (packing lists, BOLs, etc.).
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipment details against physical documentation.
• Communicate with warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and drivers to ensure timely data flow.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or warehouse office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and warehouse systems (WMS experience is a plus).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
