Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication and communityBe part of building a brand new and beautiful dental office in PensacolaOur office will be located near the Publix Supermarket and Walmart at Nine MileMinimum Qualifications 1+ years of dental office management experienceExperience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environmentAbility to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategiesExcellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsTrustworthy; maintain patient confidentially and team ethics1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivableDentrix or other dental software experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
