Digital Content Manager (ATLDOT - Communications) Join to apply for the Digital Content Manager (ATLDOT - Communications) role at City of Atlanta . Salary Range: $58,977.96 - $78,735.58 General Description and Standards: A full-time digital content manager responsible for planning, developing, distributing, and monitoring digital content for ATLDOT. Proficient knowledge of AP style, online platforms, and social media channels is required. The role involves designing content strategies, using marketing tools to measure engagement, and supporting brand strengthening through messaging and transparency. Supervision: Reports to the Chief Communications Officer with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include: Developing content related to daily operations for ATLDOT. Ensuring content accuracy and clarity. Monitoring relevant regional and national transportation and political factors. Creating and managing content calendars and campaigns. Tracking content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly. Creating engaging content and collaborating with teams. Meeting deadlines and maintaining flexible working hours. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, experience with CRM tools, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule: Hybrid, with at least 2-3 days in-office and up to 1 day remote, subject to change. Qualifications: BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years’ experience in social media, marketing, or related areas. Preferred: Experience in digital marketing, social media, or consumer products. Environment: Office-based with occasional field visits. Physical and sensory capabilities required.
