We are seeking an accomplished Director of Pharmacy Operations to oversee a specialty/retail pharmacy with a strong focus on HIV/AIDS care. This leadership role requires both operational expertise and business acumen to guide pharmacy managers, grow partnerships, and achieve organizational goals.
Position Overview:
Full-time leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer
Oversight of 2 Pharmacy Managers and a full retail/specialty team
Balance daily operations with strategic growth and provider partnerships
Ensure compliance with ACHC specialty accreditation, payor audits, and quality initiatives
Requirements:
Active, clear Florida Pharmacist license
Minimum 5 years pharmacy manager/director experience in retail or specialty settings
Proven leadership of at least 3 direct reports
Strong HIV/AIDS pharmacy experience required (AAHIVP certification highly preferred)
Expertise in operations management, KPI achievement, and team development
