Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid - In-office 4 days/week)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Pay : $28-32/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview: A leading organization in the digital marketing space is seeking an experienced
Email Marketing Project Coordinator to support and execute a wide range of email campaigns and initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Email Marketing Specialist and the Communications team, this role will be deeply involved in campaign setup, deployment, analytics, and performance optimization using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Sr. Email Marketing Specialist and Communications team to understand business objectives and communication calendars.
- Support all phases of email marketing campaigns, including list loading, data extension creation, deployment, testing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the marketing automation system.
- Ensure accurate audience segmentation and message targeting for all campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics to guide improvements.
- Manage and maintain contact databases within the ESP/Marketing Cloud environment.
- Follow established processes while contributing new ideas to enhance results and efficiency.
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a major email marketing platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C email marketing is preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across technical, creative, and marketing teams.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
