Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a litigation defense law firm located in Century City to fill a Legal Assistant position on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in growing their career at a firm renowned for its high-quality legal services and collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities + Support day to day administrative tasks for the attorney resource group. + Work with legal documents, making sure they are properly named, saved, and filed in document management system. + Help finalize and prepare documents for filing. + Assist with scheduling hearings and related meetings and appointments, corresponding with attorneys as needed. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework or degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field is a plus. + 1+ year of administrative, legal assistant, or office support experience (internships or law school admin roles). + Strong attention to detail, especially when working with legal documents and case materials. + Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). + Demonstrated interest in litigation or the legal field, with a desire to learn and grow within a law firm environment.
