ABOUT THE ROLE Were looking for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists who love waxing, love people, and want to be part of something special. As a Cerologist (our name for certified waxing experts), youll deliver top-notch service, build real relationships with clients, and work alongside a supportive team.
This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to keep growing, and thrives in a place thats positive and professional.
WHAT YOULL DO - Provide expert waxing services that follow brand standards
- Help clients feel confident, comfortable, and well taken care of
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and professional
- Recommend products and memberships that support each clients needs
- Build loyal client relationships and help bring in new ones
- Support studio marketing effortssocial media, events, partnerships
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Be a team playerreliable, respectful, and ready to grow
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR - Current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A strong work ethic and a real passion for waxing and helping people feel their best
- Clear, confident communication and a professional attitude with clients and teammates
- Comfortable educating clients on our services, products, and membership options
- Motivated to build and retain a solid book of businesswere looking for team members who take ownership of their success
- Dependable, respectful, and willing to grow through feedback
