				  Job title- Event Coordinator 
Location- Clark NJ 
Pay- $23/hr- $24/hr 
The Change & Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting employee change initiatives and managing training logistics within the NEO Transformation project. This position requires strong data analysis, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. 
Your Responsibilities: 
 Gather, consolidate, synthesize and analyze survey data to identify key themes and areas of support needed 
 Compare multiple sources of data for local adaptations to ensure information is up to date in all places and where not up to date, work with team to capture correct data points 
 Coordinate the ongoing maintenance of LA Implementation KPIs, ensuring accuracy in reporting on a weekly and monthly basis 
 Provide support to Change lead and Adoption Lead in preparing content for senior level meetings 
 Support Change Lead during Huddle Calls by gathering feedback, synthesizing data into presentation formats, scheduling sessions and coordinating necessary follow-up steps after each session. 
 Work with Training Lead to manage all training logistics, including calendar booking for the Training portion of the project. 
 Assist in managing logistics associated with events including: timeline management, event venue research and attendance + RSVP management 
 Support communication with third-party vendors 
 Liaise with cross functional teams including: Project team, local onsite contacts, trainers, managers, to drive project alignment, accuracy and timeliness 
 Support communication with the internal team as well as participants, trainers and key subject matter experts: cascade information and field inquiries 
 Create briefs for event invites and materials as needed 
 Support budget ownership: track spending, open purchase orders 
 Effectively collaborating with other teams and stakeholders 
 Effective use of tools to ensure compliance with processes and data requirements (e.g. BI Reports)
 Provide support on facilitation logistics for NEO team events, 
 Provide support to Adoption team as needed 
Your Skills: 
 Excellent written and oral communication skills with emphasis on precision data coordination 
 Prior experience with event planning and logistics required 
 Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently 
 Strict regard for timelines 
 Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills 
 Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented 
 MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.)
 Demonstrates critical thinking 
 Establish relationships based upon trust & collaboration to perform job responsibilities 
 Communicates in clear & timely ways; adjusts communication style to different audiences 
 Acts with integrity and a 'can-do' spirit; open to new challenges 
Your Experience/ Education: 
 BA/BS degree required 
 3-5 years of experience; experience working on large projects, including transformation preferred 
 Experience in preparing presentation materials (e.g. power point presentations, including key talking points)
