Hucke Exteriors is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative specializing in retail windows and home exterior sales. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional with at least 3 years of experience in the industry to advance their career with a well-established and growing company.

Job Responsibilities:
· Inspect and assess homes for damage and provide accurate assessments.
· Advise homeowners on the best available options for their exterior needs.
· Educate and guide customers throughout the project timeline.
· Focus on retail sales with an emphasis on windows, siding, and roofing.
· Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners to generate repeat and referral business.
Qualifications:
· Experience: At least 3 years in retail windows and exterior sales (required)
· Proven track record in retail sales, preferably with in-home sales experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
· Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
· Compensation: $110,000 – $190,000+ (based on experience and performance)
