POSITION TITLE: Facilities Coordinator
PROGRAM: Shelters
REPORTS TO: Program Manager and Director
FLSA STATUS: Full-time, Non-Exempt

PAY RANGE: $24-$28 an hour, commensurate with experience
POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direct supervision of the Program Manager and Director, the Facilities Coordinator will oversee day-to-day non-skilled maintenance, repairs, custodial services, and safety of the facility and assist with transportation/driving needs. Facilities Coordinator will attend to janitorial and custodial services of a routine, recurring, and usual nature. The Facilities Coordinator will plan for and execute future improvement needs by scheduling appropriate outside services. They will assist with the day-to-day operations and ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, employees, volunteers, and visitors.
