Arc is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Finance Intern to join our team for Summer 2024. As a Client Finance Intern, you will be supporting our finance team with a multitude of reporting and financial analysis for internal and client purposes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills for future career growth in a corporate finance setting. Important skills to be successful in this position include the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, manage multiple timelines, and work across functions on occasion.  As a team contributor, this role performs tactical tasks effectively and develops collaborative relationships with team members.   

What you’ll do   

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis involving revenue forecasting, staff cost reporting, and direct cost reporting for the finance department. 
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct research and gather financial data to support decision-making processes
• Support the finance team in daily operations including tracking of client estimates, client POs, and intercompany approval documentation 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information 

• You are a career-minded college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion 
• You are eligible to work in the U.S

Compensation Range: $20 -$23/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.

Program Duration and Details:
• Hybrid Internship requiring three days in-office

• 10-week Internship program from 6/4/2024-8/9/2024, 40 hours per week
