Certify or attest copies, including certifying tangible copies of electronic records. Fulfill other duties as provided by law. Qualifications MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Notary Public certification. Completion of education and exam is mandatory. Notary Bond is required ($10,000: 4-year term).
