We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk & Dental Receptionist to join our dental team! If you have great communication skills, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Handle patient records and insurance verification
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
* Fluent Spanish and English
Previous dental office or medical receptionist experience
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with dental/office DENTRIX software and basic computer skills
