The Store Leader (General Manager) will work onsite at the car wash, greeting and interacting with customers, leading by example, and ensuring excellent customer service and a high-quality experience. Responsibilities include team hiring and development, operational management, financial oversight, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Assist customers and resolve complaints effectively.
• Use membership sales approaches with new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include: strong leadership, communication, experience managing teams, results-driven mindset, excellent customer service skills, familiarity with membership models and maintenance programs, ability to read and write accurately, flexible working hours including weekends and holidays, professional appearance, and at least 2 years of management experience at a high-performing store or similar setting. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and a valid drivers license are necessary.

Work Environment and Physical Demands: Outdoor work in noisy conditions with physical activities such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
