Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful designs and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Design and create packaging and product artwork in alignment with manufacturing requirements. Develop graphic designs for user manuals, instructions for use, and other product documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards. Provide guidance on graphic technology and oversee the artwork approval process. Verify vendor proofs and communicate necessary changes to ensure accuracy in printed materials. Required Skills Proven experience with graphic design tools such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and XML‑based authoring software. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills to manage project scopes and shifting priorities. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Preferred Skills Experience in creating graphics for instructional text, including product illustrations and software screen layouts. A background in the medical or general surgery industry is a plus. Ability to provide creative solutions and innovative design concepts.
