Position Overview:
Visalex LLC is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a variety of U.S. immigration case types and will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients throughout their immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, file, and monitor immigration petitions and applications (e.g.,EB2-NIW, EB1,EB3 H-1B, L-1, TN, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, etc.)
Liaise with clients to gather documents, complete questionnaires, and provide timely case updates
Ensure all filings are compliant with current USCIS and Department of Labor regulations
Track important deadlines and maintain accurate records in our case management system
Stay informed on changes in immigration law and policy to ensure best practices
Assist with audits, RFE responses, and interview preparation when applicable
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on case strategy and execution
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in U.S. immigration is a plus (law firm, corporate immigration…)
Familiarity with employment- and family-based immigration processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Multilingual skills are a bonus
