Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of buildings and work areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, equipment, and high/low surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or mechanical concerns.
• Occasionally perform deep-cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing and floor refinishing.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

Pay & Shift:

• $18-20/HR based on experience
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 2+ years of custodial or related experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Work in an industrial setting – both indoors and outdoors.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and occasional climbing.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, moving machinery, and cleaning chemicals.
