A K-12 educational setting in Lowell, MA is seeking multiple Paraprofessionals for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting student learning and contributing to a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:-Assist licensed teachers in daily instructional activities-Support students individually and in small groups to promote learning and engagement-Help supervise students during classroom activities and transitions-Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources as directed-Collaborate with staff to address student needs and support educational goals
Desired Qualifications:-Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar educational support role preferred-Ability to work effectively with children across grade levels K-12-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Flexibility to adjust to varying classroom demands and student needs-Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Location: Lowell, Massachusetts
Contract Duration: Full school year (NSY)
