POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Instrument Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer experiences while also contributing to the upkeep of store inventory. Your responsibilities will include servicing instruments with craftsmanship, completing warranty repair work, and engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.
