Remote Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) can launch or expand their private practice with support from Headway, which helps clinicians manage insurance, billing, and marketing. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the ability to conduct therapy sessions either in-person or through telehealth. Headway aims to enhance access to mental health care by equipping practitioners with essential tools and resources while providing immediate client insurance verification.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
