This is a fixed-schedule position that requires evening and weekend availability — all team members must be able to work until 9:00 PM Central Time (6:00 PM Alaska Time). Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time hours, this role is ideal for dependable professionals ready to commit to a consistent schedule. What the Job Involves: You’ll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services — this is not cold calling. Your role is to provide excellent customer service while helping set appointments and answering questions. You're a Great Fit If You: Have strong listening skills and a professional, courteous phone manner Are motivated by clear goals and performance metrics Are coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve Can multitask — working the phone while navigating systems Type at least 35 WPM and have above-average computer skills Work well with others and enjoy contributing to team success Can commit to a fixed schedule and work evenings/weekends until 9:00 PM CST Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience) Paid virtual training Pay increase after 30 days PTO earned after 90 days (regardless of full-time or part-time status) Growth opportunities — several reps have been promoted to management Additional Requirements: Must be a current Alaska resident Must be able to commit to a fixed schedule that ends no earlier than 9:00 PM CST Home Office & Tech Requirements: High-speed wired internet (Wi-Fi not accepted) Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM, 2GHz processor minimum Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari MS Office or OpenOffice (free options available with support) Webcam required for meetings and training Company-provided headset This is your chance to join a growing team backed by a respected, A-rated organization with over 150 remote employees.
