Description

Hudson Automotive Group is looking fora provenand career-driven Office Administrator to join our growing team. The Office Administrator IS responsible for supporting the daily operations of the corporate office by managing administrative functions, coordinating internal communications, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. This role is essential to ensuring seamless office operations and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Who are we looking for?
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
  • Experience overseeing daily office operations and managing administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Experience handling all incoming/outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, mail distribution, and assisting in preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Prior experience maintaining office supplies inventory and collaborating with facilities management to address maintenance needs and ensure operational continuity.
  • Point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, providing professional and courteous experience.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
