Pay: $30–$35 per hour + overtime eligibility

Available Shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm; 3:00pm-11:00pm; & 11:00pm to 7:00am

Job Description:

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations in a clinical office. The primary focus will be creating staff schedules, managing a small team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. This role is in-office and offers a predictable routine with room to grow leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure consistent coverage
  • Supervise and support a team of 3–4 employees in clinic operations
  • Manage sample collection and documentation with accuracy
  • Provide coverage when staff are absent to maintain operations
  • Order and manage supplies to keep the clinic fully stocked
  • Train new team members on processes and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1+ year of experience
  • Strong background in scheduling and administrative work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology
  • Experience in office management
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinic environments (preferred)
