Key responsibilities include assisting researchers under general supervision by performing a variety of scientific tasks. Responsibilities Independently conduct a wide array of standard research methods, tasks, and procedures. Assist social and health science researchers by collecting data and analyzing data. May provide interpretation and initial analysis of results. May assist in designing studies to complete a segment of overall research plan. Demonstrates some ability to use judgement when necessary to adapt standard methods practices. Submits tasks on time for supervisor or other designee. Comfortable using Microsoft Office software. Position will require travel across the state for program related activities. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation for business travel. Section 435 Background check required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Some knowledge and experience with data analysis software is preferable. Salary $21.00 /hr commensurate with education and experience. Work Hours Full-time, 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening, early morning, and weekend hours may be required.
