St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time Organizational Development and Learning (ODAL) Assistant. The ODAL Assistant, under the supervision of the Director of Organizational Development and Learning or authorized designee, create, maintain, and assign modules and competency skills in the Learning Management System for St. Mary's Medical Center along with assisting other members of the department.
Education Requirements: Associate Degree preferred. Experience: Hospital experience desirable with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Informatic working knowledge preferred.
