Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) – Full Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5 Hours/Week
Location: Ossining, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Pediatric Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation
HumanEdge Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP or FNP) with a strong background in critical care or acute pediatric nursing for a full-time opportunity at a well-established pediatric rehabilitation and long-term care facility in Westchester County.
This is an exceptional role for a Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, providing holistic and specialized care to medically fragile children with complex needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct clinical care, including physical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and management of complex pediatric conditions.
Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing, therapy, and respiratory teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for children with chronic and acute medical conditions.
Participate in family conferences, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Monitor patient progress and respond proactively to changes in condition.
Support the clinical education of nursing and care staff as needed.
Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license (Pediatric NP or Family NP).
Minimum of 2–3 years of pediatric experience, preferably with critical care, acute care, or medically complex patients .
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
