About the Role We are hiring a Personal Brand Content Assistant to support in-office social media content creation for a rapidly growing personal brand and media business. You will work directly with Roy Kirchner during live filming sessions, helping capture short-form content that is distributed across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You will see how content is created strategically to build influence, authority, and opportunity. This is a hands-on, in-person role inside a professional studio and office environment. You are not observing from the sidelines. You are part of the process. Expectations (Read Carefully) Must be available on weekends Must be an early riser. Roy is a morning person, and many filming sessions start early Must be punctual, prepared, and ready to move quickly Must take direction well and execute without hand-holding If early mornings, high standards, and fast-paced environments are not for you, this is not the right fit.
