What will you be doing?

Oversee all aspects of the plant's operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation and workforce optimization.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of skilled workers.
Ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
Implement and enforce safety standards.

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude
5 or more years of structural steel fabrication experience.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently, make decisions and problem solve.
