Job Description

A LMM opertationaly focused Buyout Private Equity firm that invest within a variety of industries is looking to add onto their team at the Senior Associate level. The team is lean but well established having been around for several decades and has been experiecing exceptional returns for an extended period of time. Due to this the team is growing frequently at a variety of different levels. This would be a partner track style role that would come with the ability to stay on long term with the firm. Retention is something the team has excelled greatly at and hopes this is something you would value as well. Compensation is highly competitive for the region and firm size. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support client engagements by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional development.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client pitches, and market analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent delivery of value.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP) preferred.
  • 4+ years of Private Equity and/or Investment Banking experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
