About the Role:

The Production Planner Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes within the non-durable goods sector. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory levels, ultimately driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will analyze production data and collaborate with various departments to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime. By forecasting production needs and adjusting schedules accordingly, the Production Planner Scheduler will contribute to meeting production targets and enhancing overall productivity. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Certification in production and inventory management (CPIM or similar).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production delays.
