Overview

We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, improve customer experience, and streamline retail operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the integration of a multi-brand enterprise to enable key systems and processes across our business. This individual will need to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to our teams and customers.

Responsibilities
• Lead Strategic Projects: Manage multiple high-impact retail initiatives that align with business goals, such as launching new platforms, improving store operations, or optimizing inventory flow. Including driving outcomes, tracking tasks, as well as enabling key / critical decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between departments including retail, finance, marketing, IT, and vendor partners. Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, track spend and ensure projects deliver a measurable ROI. Provide regular financial updates to leadership.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities current retail workflows and work with teams to implement integrated solutions that save time, reduce cost and enhance the customer experience.
• Change Management: Champion change across the organization, helping teams adapt to new tools, processes and ways of working.
• Executive Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates to senior leadership.


Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-facing environment with strong business acumen and proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, finance, marketing, or relevant work experience
• Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving how work gets done.
