Your new role As the Property Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of a recently acquired 200+ unit Section 8/LIHTC high-rise rental in Newark, New Jersey. The Property Manager will be supported by a large onsite team including a Receptionist, Assistant Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant Service Manager.
