Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties

• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values

• Show and promote properties to potential buyers

• Advise clients on pricing strategies and negotiation techniques

• Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and best practices

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18+
