Job Description
The Disposition Specialist plays a pivotal role in our real estate investment business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate investors and cash buyers to expand our Buyers List. Your goal is to secure the highest offers for properties placed under contract. This role involves effective communication, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and collaborating with the Transactional Coordinator to ensure successful transactions.
Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 per year
