The local Adecco Staffing office in Roanoke is looking for a full-time **Recruiter** ! If you have experience working in HR or recruiting, apply today!
**Job Duties:**
+ Responsible for managing all of the assigned recruiting activity, for developing and maintaining relationships, following internal recruiting process, retaining adequate records related to recruitment.
+ 100% On-site - Remote work not available
+ Partner with department management to identify recruitment needs and position requirements.
+ Selects appropriate candidates for open positions through resume screening and the interview process.
+ Conducts multiple interviews per day with potential candidates.
+ Develops recruitment strategies and policies, including but not limited to, online sourcing, ads, brochures, orientations, recruitment success.
+ Tracks, measures and reports on recruitment success.
+ Participate in job fairs both for industry and college campuses.
**Experience requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 1+ years' experience with recruiting
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent customer service/consulting/collaborating skills
+ Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions
+ Must be able to interact with all levels and disciplines of employees.
