• Use staffing software and reporting tools to keep everything on track.
• Network in the community and be the go-to person for job seekers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Goal-driven mindset — you love meeting (and beating) metrics.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Motivated by success, teamwork, and helping others succeed.
