Job Description

LHH is seeking a Recruiter for our client, a mission driven non profit, in Towson, MD. As a High Volume Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our clients talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring a large number of behavioral health professionals to meet the growing needs of our organization. Your expertise in high-volume recruiting and your ability to build strong relationships with candidates will be essential in ensuring we have the best talent to provide exceptional care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit within our organizational culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating regularly and providing timely feedback. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a high-volume recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of behavioral health roles and qualifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
