Recruiter (Remote - US Based) We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is fully remote and operates as part of a split-desk staffing model. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and presenting talented candidates to our Account Management team. This role requires versatility in recruiting for a variety of positions, including labor, skilled labor, technical, and professional roles. Key Responsibilities: Obtain job descriptions and position requirements from clients Develop and post position listings on various platforms Source candidates using multiple methods to build a strong talent pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone or virtual interviews, and performing reference checks Coordinate interviews and collect feedback throughout the hiring process Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms Maintain communication with candidates to obtain required information and documentation Stay informed on current recruiting trends and best practices Manage the overall interview, selection, and hiring process Represent the company at job fairs, trade shows, and other events as needed Qualifications: High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of recruiting experience Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Proactive problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset This is a remote position. Candidates must have a professional home workspace suitable for video and voice calls, including a computer, monitors, and printer.
