We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process as we scale our team. Contract Details: Rate: $40 - $45 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Hybrid work schedule: In-office M/W/F Responsibilities Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and constantly think about ways to drive improvements Assist with general recruiting tasks, including administrative tasks as assigned Provide support to the recruiting team as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, preferably in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without being asked Meticulous attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Independent task management skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Pantera Capital
